Data Deletion Instructions (GDPR)

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data processed by Freeys.

Option 1 – WhatsApp

1. Open your WhatsApp conversation with Freeys
2. Send: DELETE MY DATA
3. Your request will be confirmed and processed

Option 2 – Email

Email privacy@freeys.com with:

• Your WhatsApp phone number (international format)
• Your employer/organization name
• Subject: GDPR Data Deletion Request

Option 3 – Employer

If Freeys is provided by your employer, data retention and deletion may be managed by your HR or IT department.

What will be deleted

• Stored chat transcripts and metadata
• Conversation routing identifiers
• Associated operational data where legally possible

Some security logs may be retained temporarily where required by law.

Response timeframe

Requests are handled within one month in accordance with GDPR.
