Freeys provides an AI-powered HR assistant that allows employees to ask HR-related questions via WhatsApp.

2. Intended users

Freeys is intended for employees and authorized users of organizations that provide access to the service.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful or abusive use
• No attempts to access systems or data without authorization
• No submission of content you do not have rights to share

4. Third-party services

Freeys relies on third-party services including WhatsApp (Meta) and OpenAI. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

5. AI-generated responses

• Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate
• Freeys does not replace official HR channels
• Do not rely on Freeys for legal, medical, or emergency advice

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for security, legal, or policy reasons.

8. Liability

Freeys is provided “as is” and “as available”. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
